Sign up with Google or email. No credit card required to get started. New accounts include free AI tokens so you can try workout generation before committing to anything.

We only ask for the essentials at signup. Everything else — goals, equipment, schedule — comes in the next two steps so we can actually use that information.

Set Your Training Goal

Pick the outcome that matters most to you right now: Build Muscle, Get Stronger, or Lose Fat. Your goal shapes the entire program structure — rep ranges, rest periods, progression scheme, and exercise selection.

Not sure which to pick? Build Muscle and Get Stronger overlap significantly for most people. The AI will ask a follow-up if your answers suggest a different priority.

Configure Your Schedule

Tell us how many days per week you can train, how long each session should be, and what equipment you have access to. That is the entire configuration — nothing else to fill out.

Equipment options range from full barbell gym to bodyweight-only. The AI selects exercises that match your setup, so the program works whether you train at home or a commercial gym.

AI Generates Your Program

Claude Sonnet 4.6 analyzes your inputs and builds a fully periodized multi-week training program. Not a recycled template — a program structured around your specific goal, schedule, and available equipment.

The program includes warm-up protocols, working sets with target rep ranges, progression notes, and weekly structure. You can review every session before saving it to your calendar.

Start Training

Your first session today

Open any session from your calendar, follow the workout, and log your sets. The AI coach is available throughout if you want to swap an exercise, ask about form, or adjust the program.

After a few weeks of logged data, the progress analytics section starts showing meaningful trends. The AI can generate a narrative report on your progress whenever you want one.

Common Questions

Do I need any fitness experience to use MyWorkoutCalendar?
No. The AI program generator works equally well for complete beginners and advanced lifters. Beginners will receive foundational programs focused on movement quality and consistent progression. Advanced users can specify more nuanced goals and the AI will build accordingly.
Can I change my program after it is generated?
Yes, in several ways. You can ask the AI coach to modify individual exercises, adjust the number of sets, change the schedule, or regenerate the entire program if you want a fresh start. Individual sessions can also be edited manually in the calendar.
What if I miss a workout?
Nothing breaks. Missed sessions stay on your calendar and you can log them retroactively or simply move on. The AI coach can also help you adjust the rest of the week if you want to redistribute volume after a missed session.
How does Google Calendar sync work?
Once you connect your Google account, your workout sessions appear as events in your Google Calendar. Changes made in Google Calendar sync back to MWC. This feature is currently in development and will be available soon.
Is there a mobile app?
MyWorkoutCalendar is a web-first progressive web app (PWA). You can add it to your home screen on iOS and Android for a native-like experience including offline logging. A dedicated native app is on the roadmap.
