About This Calendar
The 4-Week Beginner Kickstart is a first program in the truest sense: three short full-body sessions a week, starting with bodyweight only, designed for someone who has never trained consistently or is returning after years away. The primary goal is not transformation — it is building the training habit, learning fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull), and finishing four weeks without missing sessions.
Progression is gentle and predictable. Week 1 uses pure bodyweight so you can focus on form. Week 2 adds light weights to the same movements. Week 3 moves to moderate loads as your confidence grows, and week 4 asks you to push close to your current limits on the final sessions. Cardio grows in parallel, from a 20-minute walk or bike ride to 30 minutes. No session should take longer than 45 minutes.
In four weeks, expect noticeably better movement quality, less next-day soreness, and strength gains that come quickly at first — early progress is largely your nervous system learning to coordinate muscle, which is why beginners improve so fast. Visible body-composition change takes longer, but the consistency you build here is what makes it possible in the months that follow.
